                                                     “Day 1”

School physicals are being held Thursday, February 28th.  Please sign up in the health office.   Think ahead to spring sports.  You must have a current physical to participate in practice and games.   If you are unsure about your status, check in the health office.

The Skiing Field Trip has been rescheduled for Tuesday March 5th!  See Ms. Barlow if you needed any gear/clothes she has everything in her office.

Attention all students, the clothes closet dates have changed, it will be open for all girls on Tuesday Feb. 26th, and boys on Thursday Feb. 28th. See you there after break!!

Last call for yearbook orders. Students must reserve their book this week. Any questions, see Mrs. Roher in the Library!!

"Colgate Tutoring will be starting again on Tuesday, February 26th. Have a nice break and we hope to see you there!"

                                SPORTS NEWS

The Lady Warriors volleyball team traveled to DeRuyter last evening to take on the Lady Cougars of Stockbridge.It was our 3rd meeting with the Lady Cougars this year.  Our last match at home was a battle till the end with our Lady Warriors coming out on top 3-2. Yesterday’s competition was a completely different match.  Our Varsity squad was poised, driven and focused.  The won in 3 sets 25-21, 25-9, 25-19.   Kendra Waltz was on fire, leading the squad with 21 kills and 14 digs.  Chesney Hawk, Molly Holcomb and Julia Patrick balanced out the rest of the offense with 5 kills each. Lexus Eaton lead the offense dishing out 24 assist and 4 digs, Ariana Hilliard also added 10 assist on the night.   Both are playing amazing from the setting position. On defense, Kendra led with 14 digs and our seniors Lizzie Spring and Kady Warner contributed 10 digs each.  Coach Curtis was very pleased with their passing performance which allowed us to play almost error free.  Lizzie also added 5 aces to help the Lady Warriors finish on top. After our Semi Finals match, Old Forge defeated DeRuyter 3-2 in a very close match. Your Lady Warriors will play this Saturday at Chittenango VS the Lady Eskimos of Old Forge starting at 11am.  Please come out and support your Lady Warriors. We will be having a “Black Out” theme.   Don’t forget that its $5.00 entry for this event as it is sectional finals.                                                      “Day 3”

Any student who attends classes at SUNY Morrisville should pick up your temporary parking pass in the main office this week. Remember you still have college classes next week, even though MECS is on break.  All students will need to provide your own transportation. 

Attention all students, the clothes closet dates have changed and now will be open for all girls on Tuesday Feb. 26th, and boys on Thursday Feb. 28th. See you there after break!!

The NHS is sponsoring a Hat Day today.  Bring a dollar and wear your hat!!!

Any student taking classes at Morrisville state college should check with each of your instructors to see if you have class today and tomorrow. Please check your email for a message from Megan Croft of MSC for more information regarding this.
